Call for Paper

The themes of ISORA 2014 will be focused on "OR Applications in solving our today's problems". We are particularly interested in submissions that report on experimental and applied research motivated by pratical social and industrial problems. Theoretical and applied papers are expected to show convincingly the usefulness and efficiency of models, algorithms, and decision supporting tools discussed in a practical setting. Typical, but not exclusive, topics of interest are:

• Supply Chain and Logistics Management
• Telecommunication Networks
• Emergency and Disaster Management
• Industrial Engineering
• Reliability
• Complex Systems
• OR Methods in Biotechnology
• Biomedical Engineering
• Health Care Models
• OR Applications in Engineering, Technology and Management
• Other OR Modeling and Solution Techniques

All submissions will be rigorously peer reviewed and evaluated on the quality, originality, soundness, and significance of their contributions. Original research papers are solicited in all aspects of Operations Research and its applications in engineering, technology and management, including but not limited to the above topics.

All papers presented at the conference will be considered by the IET for publication. Those that are accepted will be published on the IET Digital Library and IEEEXplore, indexed by IET Inspec and submitted to EI Compendex for consideration for indexing.
